Yanling Li is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality control and research management in the agricultural genetics field. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Quality Analytical Procedures at Aldevron since August 2015, Yanling Li has previously held various roles including QC Sequencing Manager and Quality Control Scientist within the same organization. Prior positions include Academic Researcher at North Dakota State University and Lab Manager roles at UC Davis and Forage Genetics International, as well as the Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation. Yanling Li's research accomplishments include optimizing genotyping methodologies for alfalfa, developing SNP arrays, and employing advanced techniques such as Real-Time PCR and flow cytometry. Yanling Li holds a Master's degree in Genetics from Iowa State University and a combined Bachelor's and Master's degree in Plant Genetics and Breeding from China Agricultural University.
