Raphaela Hausberg

Raphaela Hausberg has extensive experience in IT and data analytics within the retail sector. They began their career as an Apprentice in Risk Advisory Services at Ernst & Young and later took on various roles at ALDI, culminating in their current position as the International Data & Product Officer at ALDI DX. Previously, Raphaela served as the Managing Director at ALDI Data & Analytics Services GmbH and held several leadership positions, including Group Director of International IT and Director of International IT, where they were responsible for overseeing global IT functions and enhancing ALDI's data capabilities. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Student Assistant in Operations Research at Technische Universität Dortmund.
