Ben Lyons

Ben Lyons is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and restaurant management sectors, currently serving as a District Manager at ALDI USA since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Operations at Ethos Hospitality Group and Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, where strong people management and coaching skills were emphasized. Ben has held various leadership positions in both food and beverage and service management, including Director of Food and Beverage at Eurostars Hotels and Service Manager at JF Restaurants. With a solid foundation in operations management established through ongoing roles since starting as a Team Member at Dairy Queen in 2011, Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Hospitality Management from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
