Edwin Nava has a diverse background in both technology and customer service, with experience in various positions starting as a Customer Service Specialist at McDonald's and advancing to a Warehouse Associate role at Amazon. Most recently, Edwin served as a System Administrator at ALDI USA, where responsibilities included developing documentation for digital processes and managing mobile devices to ensure compliance and security. Edwin is currently pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Cybersecurity from Aurora University, having previously graduated with a High School Diploma from Romeoville High School.
