Jackryan Fleming

Jackryan Fleming is a District Manager at ALDI USA and a fourth-year undergraduate student at the University of Arkansas, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Business. Jackryan's passion for understanding how businesses navigate diverse financial, sociopolitical, legal, and economic systems reflects their aspiration to be a future business leader with an international perspective. Prior to this role, Jackryan served as a Training Manager at Culver's Restaurants, and held various leadership positions within Alpha Kappa Psi, including President and Vice President of Education. Jackryan also gained experience as a Specialty Team Member and Training Specialist at Target, and as a Field Sales and Marketing Intern at Techtronic Industries in 2023.
