Janeth Rubi

Janeth Rubi, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and corporate investigations. Currently serving as the Employee Relations Leader at ALDI USA since May 2023, Janeth is responsible for developing and implementing an Employee Relations framework. Prior roles include Vice President of Employee Relations for Northern Trust Corporation, where leadership of the North American Employee Relations Consulting team was a key responsibility, and Sr. Manager of Corporate Investigations at US Foods, overseeing investigations related to the Code of Conduct. Earlier experience includes HR management roles at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff and McDonald's Corporation, contributing to HR programs and initiatives across various business units. Janeth holds a Bachelor's in Business Management from National Louis University and is pursuing a Master's in Human Resources at DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
