Katherine Madden

Katherine Madden (Sodeika) is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Director at ALDI USA since June 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing national and regional marketing strategies and managing the Brands & Campaigns team. Previous roles at ALDI USA include Director of National Business Coordination, overseeing technology solutions for customers, and Ecommerce Manager, where Katherine expanded the Curbside Pickup service from 50 to over 500 stores in response to COVID-19 demands. Katherine also played a key role as District Manager in launching the Curbside Pickup pilot in the US. Prior experience includes serving as a gener8tor Associate and Vice President of Finance for Delta Delta Delta Mu Chapter, managing budgets and accounts for 120 members. Katherine earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources-Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
