Lucy Salmon has an extensive background in retail management, with a focus on Aldi's operations in both the UK and the USA. From September 2019 to May 2023, Lucy served as an Area Manager at Aldi UK, before transitioning to a District Manager (Expat) role at ALDI USA in May 2023. In May 2025, Lucy took on the position of Warehouse Operations Manager at Aldi UK. Lucy holds A-Levels with AAA from Highsted Grammar School and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with First Class honors from the University of Reading between 2016 and 2019.
