Michael Leuer

Michael Leuer is currently the Managing Corporate Counsel at ALDI USA, where they oversee commercial transactions. They previously held positions as Senior Corporate Counsel and Lead Senior Corporate Counsel in the same company. Before ALDI, Michael served as General Counsel for Moose International, Inc. from 2007 to 2022 and worked as a Senior Negotiator in Strategic Outsourcing Contracts at IBM from 2000 to 2007. Michael is pursuing a BBA in Accounting at the University of Notre Dame, a JD in Corporate and Tax Law at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and an MBA in Strategy and Finance at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
