Michael Schmitt

Michael Schmitt has a robust background in management and team development, currently serving as Store Manager at ALDI USA since February 2021 after gaining experience as Assistant General Manager at Red Robin and The Oceanaire Seafood Room. At Red Robin, Michael coached over 50 employees and successfully mentored two managers into higher roles. Prior experience includes managing high-revenue operations at California Pizza Kitchen and overseeing restaurant management at On The Border. Michael's earlier roles also encompass account management in public relations and sales administration. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
