Steve Bozeman

Steve Bozeman is an experienced operations and management professional with a strong track record in both retail and church operations. Currently serving as Store Manager at ALDI USA since July 2016, Steve oversees store operations, staff management, customer service, and financial responsibilities, ensuring quality control and operational efficiency. With over a decade of experience in church operations, Steve has held leadership roles at New Beginnings Church of Atlanta and New Beginnings Church of Chicago, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations, fostering community partnerships, and leading staff development initiatives. Previous experience includes managing the Chicago South Loop Hotel, where Steve contributed to the successful opening and operational management of a boutique hotel, as well as roles in sales and banking management. Steve holds an Executive Certificate of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from Bank One Managerial College and a certification in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from Washburne Trade School.
