Will Charles is currently the National Director of Operations at ALDI USA and has extensive experience in the retail industry. Will previously served as the Director of Project Management at ALDI from 2011 to 2021, where they were responsible for implementing business solutions and leading change management in store operations. Prior to that role, Will worked as a District Manager from 2002 to 2008 and held various management positions at ALDI Stores Ltd. and ALDI SÜD. Will earned a BS in Management Information Systems from Miami University in 2002.
