ALDI Nederland bestaat uit ALDI Business Services, ALDI Holding, ALDI Inkoop, ALDI Vastgoed en acht zelfstandige B.V.’s. Deze B.V.’s hebben eenzelfde organisatiestructuur. Ze hebben een distributiecentrum, en in totaal bedienen zij ongeveer 500 filialen. Met als uitgangspunt “Hoge Kwaliteit – Lage Prijs,” berust onze werkwijze op drie kernwaarden: eenvoud, verantwoord en betrouwbaar.

Al lijkt het eenvoudig, er is een uniek talent nodig om Discount succesvol te maken én te behouden. Dit talent noemen we "POWER".
