Emma Persson

Emma Persson currently serves as a Specialist in ESG Reporting at ALDI Nord Group, focusing on the implementation of the CSRD and EU Taxonomy across the retailer's operations in eight European countries. Previously, Emma worked as an Associate at GLS Bank, where responsibilities included leading a bank-wide climate adaptation project and participating in M&A processes with a sustainability emphasis at GLS Beteiligungs AG. Emma also gained experience as a Scientific Associate at Hochschule Bochum, contributing to literature research and data analysis, and served as a Group Fitness Instructor with LES MILLS Germany. Emma holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Development and a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Development and Economics, both from Hochschule Bochum.
