Lars Dresbach

Lars Dresbach is currently serving as Manager Group Strategy & Executive Office at ALDI Nord Group since July 2022, with previous roles as Referent des Chief Strategy Officer and Referent der Geschäftsführung People Strategy & Culture. Prior to joining ALDI Nord Group, Lars gained significant experience at EY-Parthenon from September 2019 to July 2022 as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy, alongside involvement in transaction advisory services. Lars began their career with an internship at EY in 2019. Academically, Lars has earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Insolvenzrecht/Sanierungsmanagement from Hochschule Schmalkalden (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Laws in Wirtschaftsrecht from the same institution (2014-2018).
