Pascal Hendricks

Pascal Hendricks currently serves as the Director of People Development at ALDI Nord since April 2021, where a strong emphasis on experiential learning is advocated. Prior to this role, Pascal held the position of Teamlead Learning & Development at ALDI. From March 2016 to April 2021, Pascal worked at EBZ - Europäisches Bildungszentrum der Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft, progressing from Manager of Learning & Development to Team Leader of In-House Training and Personnel Development Consulting. Earlier experiences include a role in Real Estate Management at Varia-Bau AG & Co KG Immobilien und Bauträger from August 2007 to June 2010. Pascal holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
