Simon Bender

Simon Bender currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience & Engagement at ALDI Nord, leading international marketing strategy and customer engagement initiatives since July 2019. Previously, Simon held various roles at PwC Deutschland, including Team Lead for Strategy & Consulting and Digital Strategy & Analytics, focusing on the digital transformation of retail and consumer businesses. A strong academic background includes a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Münster and Seoul National University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Münster. Early professional experiences involved roles in marketing strategy and research at educational institutions and an internship in key account management at Henkel.
