Chloe Purcell is currently serving as the Workday Functional Lead at Aldi UK since May 2023. Prior to this role, Chloe gained extensive experience at Unilever from September 2017 to May 2023, where responsibilities included functioning as a People Partner and beginning a career as an HR Apprentice. Earlier experience includes a position as Customer Experience Lead at McDonald's from July 2015 to August 2017. Chloe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Practice from The Open University and is pursuing further education with the Chartered Management Institute since 2017.
