Alexander Green

Alexander Green currently serves as a Human Resources Specialist at Aldrich since June 2023, where responsibilities include recruiting and interviewing candidates and coordinating campus recruiting events. Prior experience spans several roles at Hillsdale College from August 2016 to July 2023, including Assistant Director of Admissions, where Alexander managed international student recruitment and contributed to application evaluations. Additional roles at Hillsdale College included House Director and Admissions Summer Intern, focusing on organizing study abroad programs and leading campus tours. Earlier experience includes management at an on-campus coffee shop, barista duties, camp counseling, and work as an assistant carpenter. Alexander holds a Master of Arts in Character Education from the University of Birmingham and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish Language and Literature and English Language and Literature from Hillsdale College.
