Andy Boutle

Andy Boutle currently serves as the Head of Digital Construction at ALEC since December 2021, focusing on digital transformation and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Previous experience includes a seven-year tenure at Kier Group, where Boutle held various leadership roles including Head of BIM for the Construction division and Senior BIM Manager, contributing significantly to digital strategy and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, Boutle volunteered as Engagement Co-Lead for WeAreNima.im and led the Education and Skills Workstream for the Centre for Digital Built Britain. Boutle was also the East Region Chair for UKBIMA Communities, facilitating industry events related to BIM. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Certificate in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration from Croydon College and an Ordinary National Certificate in Production and Mechanical Engineering from Colchester Institute.
