Manoj De Silva

Manoj De Silva is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at ALEC, with over seventeen years of experience in various building and civil engineering projects across the U.A.E. and Sri Lanka. Previously, they held positions at ROVELL Constructions and Davis Langdon KPK, where they managed all commercial activities and prepared detailed cost assessments for significant projects like the Shangri-La Apartments. Manoj possesses extensive knowledge of FIDIC and ICTAD contract conditions and is proficient in measurement techniques including POMI, SMM7, and CESMM3/4. They earned a B.Sc. (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Moratuwa in 2008.
