Sean McQue

Sean McQue is an experienced Construction Executive who has excelled in managing large and complex construction projects. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Construction at ALEC, they are actively involved in overall Operations Management and project portfolio oversight. Sean’s diverse background includes roles such as Contract Manager at Laxmanbhai & Co Seychelles Pty Ltd and Owner of Siza Ltd, where they provided freelance commercial services. Notably, they were Project Director at ALEC from 2008 to 2018, leading significant phases of the Dubai Airport Expansion Project. Sean holds a National Diploma in Construction from Technikon Natal and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2015.
