Wayne Colley

Wayne Colley is a driven and highly motivated Commercial Manager at ALEC Engineering & Contracting, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this, Wayne spent over a decade at ALEC in roles such as Project Commercial Manager, focusing on team development, contract administration, and cost management. They began their career at Gladedale Homes as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, quickly advancing to manage multiple projects. Wayne's foundational experience in the construction industry includes a background as a bricklayer, complemented by an Executive Development Programme from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.
