Noura Nilback

Noura Nilback is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in change management, process improvement, and organizational development, particularly within the healthcare sector. Noura has been serving as a Change Manager at Alecta since February 2020, following significant roles at Helseplan Consulting Group AB, Vattenfall Management Consulting, and Capgemini Consulting, where Noura managed projects focusing on business transformation and energy utilities.
