Bowen Shi

Bowen Shi, CPA has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. They started their career as a Financial Analyst Intern at DeRoyal in 2013. In 2014, they joined EY as an Assurance Staff and progressed to roles such as Assurance Senior, Assurance Manager, and eventually an Assurance Senior Manager. Their tenure at EY lasted from 2014 until 2022. Currently, Bowen holds the position of Director, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Alector, starting in September 2022.

Bowen Shi, CPA holds a Master of Accounting degree from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, which was obtained between the years 2012 and 2013. Prior to that, Bowen completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management at Keuka College from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their education, Bowen Shi has also obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Bowen achieved this first with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in June 2017, followed by certification from the California Board of Accountancy in December 2015.
