Errik Anderson's work experience includes holding several leadership positions in various companies. Errik is currently the CEO, Chairman, and Founder of Alloy Therapeutics, Inc. Since December 2020, they have also been serving as the President of New Frontier Biologics. Furthermore, Errik is the Co-Founder and Owner of New England Free Jacks, a role they have held since March 2018. In 2013, they founded Ulysses Diversified Holdings, where they serve as the Managing Partner. Errik also holds the position of Board Member at WelbeHealth since April 2018. Additionally, they are a Co-Founder of Adimab, LLC since June 2007, where they previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and VP Operations until November 2014. Errik co-founded Compass Therapeutics LLC in 2013, where they held the role of Chief Operating Officer until June 2017. Errik also co-founded Alector in February 2013. Furthermore, Errik is a Co-Founder and Former Board Member of Arsanis since August 2010, as well as a Co-Founder and former Board Member of Avitide, Inc. since October 2012.

Errik Anderson's education history begins with their undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College, where they earned an A.B. degree in Economics from 1996 to 2000. Errik then pursued further education, attending The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained their MBA. Concurrently, they also enrolled at Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth during the same period, aiming to pursue an M.S. degree in Biomolecular Engineering, although it remains unfinished.
