Jason Carlton

Jason Carlton has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Jason'smost recent role is as Vice President of Clinical Development Operations at Alector, where they are responsible for leading clinical operations activities across the company's portfolio. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Jasper Therapeutics and Vice President and Head of Development Operations at Nēsos. Jason also has experience at Genentech, where they held multiple leadership positions, including Therapeutic Area Sr. Director of Clinical Operations. Jason has also worked at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical, Biogen Idec, Sanofi-aventis, and Merck & Co., Inc in various clinical operations and management roles. Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and project management.

Jason Carlton earned their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from La Salle University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Before attending university, Jason attended Salesianum, although the specific dates and details of their education at this institution are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Jason obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from PersCert TUV in December 2015.
