Adele Snetsinger

Adele Snetsinger, MBA, CTDP, currently serves as the Manager of Learning and Organizational Development at Alectra, where responsibilities include overseeing corporate programs in talent management, employee engagement, well-being, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Prior to this role, Adele was a Learning and Development Specialist at PowerStream Inc., developing strategies and eLearning content, and managing initiatives to enhance talent management. Experience also includes positions as a Change Management Specialist and Project Manager in Learning & Development at the Region of Peel, as well as corporate training roles at Jollibee Foods Corporation and Globe Telecom. Educational background includes an MBA from Ateneo de Manila University and a degree in Psychology from De La Salle University.
