Anna Skowronek has over two decades of experience in customer billing and operations within the utilities sector. Currently serving as a Specialist in Customer Care and Billing and Emerging Technologies at Alectra since June 2019, Anna has also taken on the role of Acting Billing Supervisor and previously worked as a Senior Billing Clerk. Prior to joining Alectra, Anna spent 17 years at Enersource Corporation, where roles included Backbilling Coordinator, Records Analyst, and various customer service positions. Anna holds a Diploma in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Humber College, earned between 1998 and 2001.
