Curtis Leishman

Curtis Leishman is an experienced professional with a strong focus on smart city initiatives and electric vehicle integration at Alectra, where responsibilities include overseeing pilot projects, guiding research activities, and coordinating stakeholder engagement within the e-mobility strategy. Currently, as Manager of Smart Cities, Curtis leads the AlectraDrive @Home pilot program to analyze electric vehicle charging behaviors and the effects of various incentives on grid optimization. Prior roles at Alectra included supporting key account specialists in customer insights and conservation efforts across multiple industries. Before joining Alectra, Curtis performed lighting audits for the saveONenergy Small Business Lighting Program at Sonepar, promoting energy efficiency through utility incentivized upgrades. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Governance from the University of Guelph.
