Victor Lai

Victor Lai is an experienced GIS/OMS System Specialist at Alectra since June 2010, specializing in enterprise system implementations and upgrades. Key projects include architecting and developing the Enterprise Outages Explorer and implementing the Survalent OMS since 2018. Previously, Victor served as a Senior Consultant at ESRI Canada, where significant contributions included leading an enterprise GIS upgrade. Victor began a career in software engineering at Treklogic and held various roles at Enghouse Systems, including team lead and technical account manager in international settings. Victor holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Honours Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
