Ali Cray currently holds the position of Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Aledade, Inc., where experience has been cultivated through roles such as Learning and Development Specialist, Learning and Development Analyst, and Learning and Development Intern since June 2021. Additionally, Ali serves as a Tour Leader for EF Education First, facilitating trips abroad for students aged 11-18. Previous experience includes teaching mathematics and science at New Hanover County Schools from August 2014 to September 2021, and working as a Motorcycle Technician at Carolina Coast Harley-Davidson/Buell from March 2007 to December 2009. Ali’s foundational experience was gained in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry from January 2003 to January 2007. Ali holds a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Grades Education Math and Science, both from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
