Allison Kos

Allison Kos, DO, is a mission-driven healthcare executive with over 12 years of experience in ambulatory care, particularly within Federally Qualified Health Centers and underserved communities. Currently serving as the Regional Medical Director at Aledade, Inc., Allison supports practice transformation focused on value-based care. Previously, they held positions including Chief Medical Officer at Progressive Community Health Centers, Inc. and Lakeshore Community Health Care, and Director of Clinical Quality Improvement at Westside Healthcare Association. Allison earned a DO in Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and a BS in Biology from Siena College.
