Ashley Sinclair

Ashley Sinclair, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and wellbeing. Currently serving as Director of Employee Benefits and Wellbeing at Aledade, Inc., since August 2019, Ashley leads the People Operations & Benefits work stream, focusing on enhancing the employee experience through strategic policy evolution and scalable practices. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Talent and Culture at Network for Good, where Ashley directed recruitment and cultural development, and HR Generalist positions at The Humane Society of the United States and Gallagher, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and onboarding. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Slippery Rock University.
