Crystal Estrada

Crystal Estrada is a seasoned professional in value-based care management, currently serving as the Manager of Market Operations and Performance at Aledade, Inc. since August 2020. In this role, Crystal oversees the performance and operations of various contracts and programs across multiple payers, leading a team of Practice Transformation Specialists. Prior experience includes coaching independent primary care practices at both Aledade, Inc. and CalHIPSO to enhance value-based care workflows and improve healthcare quality while reducing costs. Crystal also served as a Program Analyst at CalHIPSO, where responsibilities included managing data entry processes to facilitate system and process improvements. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, attained in 2017.
