Dave Sukharan

Dave Sukharan is a User Experience Researcher with a diverse background in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Currently at Aledade, Inc. since July 2022, Dave leads research initiatives that align with stakeholder needs and optimize resources to enhance clinician decision-making. Previously, at Ad Hoc LLC, Dave focused on driving systemic change for underrepresented user groups through trauma-informed research. Dave's earlier roles include positions at the Council on Asian Pacific Minnesotans and the University of Minnesota, where Dave engaged community members, supported policy development, and secured funding through impactful research. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Minnesota.
