Emily Moss

Emily Moss is a skilled Service Designer and Strategist who specializes in human-centered design and service innovation. They currently serve as a Senior Service Designer at Aledade, Inc., where they continue to focus on improving health and human services. Previously, Emily worked as a Design Strategist at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, partnering with federal agencies to enhance government services. Their experience also includes roles as an Art Director and Visual Designer at Edelman, in addition to positions at Loyola University Chicago, where they honed their skills in graphic design and social media management. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication from Loyola University Chicago, Magna Cum Laude.
