Isabel Ancona

Isabel Ancona is a seasoned Principal Experience Designer at Aledade, Inc. since July 2022. With a rich background in user experience design, Isabel previously served as Senior UX Design Lead at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp., where the focus was on developing tools and services for clinicians and researchers. Prior experience includes roles as Senior UX Designer at Microsoft Health, contributing to the design of Microsoft Band and Microsoft Health, and at Microsoft HealthVault, specializing in visual and interaction design. Isabel also worked as a Freelance User Experience Consultant, Creative Director at Philips Design, and held various positions at Catapult Thinking and Studio Archetype/Sapient Corporation, where significant accomplishments involved leading multidisciplinary teams and defining information architecture methodologies. Isabel Ancona holds a BFA in Design, Sculpture, and Photography from Cooper Union (1987-1992).
