Jared Verrett

Jared Verrett, RN, BSN, currently serves as a Practice Transformation Specialist at Aledade, Inc., since August 2022. Previously, Jared held the position of Director of Specialty Services at Community Healthcare Professionals from April 2020 to August 2022, overseeing patient care and staff supervision for home healthcare. Prior experience includes roles as an EPSDT Nurse and Referral Coordinator with Dr. Bryan Sibley, and as an Outpatient Case Manager RN at The Carpenter Health Network, where responsibilities involved assessing patients' physical and emotional needs. Jared's nursing background also includes experience as a Cath Lab RN at Lafayette General Health and a Pediatric ICU RN at Women's and Children's Hospital, with skills in emergency and post-anesthesia care. Jared earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
