Joy Conrow Field is the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Aledade, Inc. since July 2022, with prior experience as the Senior Director of IT at Finger Lakes Area Counseling and Recovery Agency (FLACRA) from March 2019 to July 2022, overseeing the entire IT organization.
