Lacey Moss

Lacey Moss, CPC, CRC, has extensive experience in risk adjustment coding and education, beginning as a Medical Coder for Medicare Advantage at North Texas Specialty Physicians from September 2016 to October 2017, where responsibilities included supervisory roles in risk adjustment. Previously, Lacey held the position of Physician Office Supervisor at Warren Clinic, Inc., managing operations across multiple physician locations from October 2006 to February 2014. Additional roles include Risk Adjustment Educator at Southwestern Health Resources, Manager of Coding and Auditing at Southwestern Health Resources from May 2020 to May 2022, and Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist/Educator at Aledade, Inc. from May 2022 to November 2024. Lacey's education includes a CPC in Medical Coding from Tulsa Technology Center and a degree in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma. In March 2025, Lacey transitioned to CHRISTUS Health as a Risk Adjustment Education Specialist and Manager Risk Adjustment Education.
