Lindsay Propper

Lindsay Propper is an experienced professional in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management, currently serving as Senior ESG Lead at Aledade, Inc. since May 2022, where responsibilities include developing and executing the company's ESG strategy and overseeing corporate charitable donation policies. Prior to this role, Lindsay was Senior Manager of ESG at Carrier, focusing on the implementation of a global ESG strategic plan and managing ESG data reporting. Earlier experience includes several positions at Steelcase, from Senior Sustainability Consultant to Global Environmental Sustainability Intern, where Lindsay directed corporate sustainability reporting and facilitated strategic sustainability initiatives. Lindsay holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Strategic Innovation and Change from the University of Denver and a Sustainable Business degree from Aquinas College.
