Mohamed Arif

Mohamed Arif currently serves as the Director of Duals Performance at Aledade, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing strategies for dual eligible patients, enhancing attribution, improving MA Stars ratings, and addressing health equity. Previously, as the Director of Medicaid Strategy at Aledade, Arif focused on expanding Medicaid value-based care contracts and setting performance metrics aimed at increasing access and improving care quality for Medicaid patients. Prior experience includes roles at the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), including Federal Relations Administrator, Waiver Manager, Research and Project Specialist, and Arizona State Government Management Fellow, with a focus on Medicaid compliance, policy development, and innovative program management. Arif began the career as a Quality Improvement Fellow at the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in the Science of Healthcare Delivery from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Arizona.
