Nita Walker

Nita Walker, MD, FACP, is a distinguished medical leader with extensive experience in clinical engagement and value-based care transformation. Currently serving as Senior Medical Director at Aledade, Inc., since October 2021, Nita Walker spearheads ACO enablement across multiple Midwestern markets, supporting diverse primary care settings. Nita Walker has held various significant roles at the University of Cincinnati, including Professor Emerita of Clinical Medicine, and was previously Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Services at UC Health, where Nita Walker enhanced clinic operations and patient care quality. With a foundational education from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Smith College, Nita Walker has consistently contributed to advancements in primary care and clinical education.
