Ross Coapstick

Ross Coapstick serves as Market President for Aledade, Inc. in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina since March 2025. Prior experience includes a decade at AdventHealth, where Ross held multiple leadership roles, most notably as Executive Director of Population Health, overseeing strategy, network recruitment, and performance management. Additional roles at AdventHealth encompassed directing the Digestive Health & Surgery Institute and managing Cardiology and Imaging services, with substantial contributions to facility development in West Orange County.
