Sarah McHugh

Sarah McHugh currently serves as Executive Director at Aledade, Inc. since February 2022, overseeing operations and performance of accountable care organizations in Ohio. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions at Anthem, Inc., including Director II of Payment Innovation, managing a team focused on episode-based payments and specialty programs, and Director of Provider Collaboration Programs, where value-based payment initiatives for specialty care were designed and implemented. Earlier experience includes working as a Social Science Research Analyst at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, leading the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus model, and serving as a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Steve Driehaus. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania.
