William Plonk

William Plonk currently serves as the Medical Director for Aledade Care Solutions at Aledade, Inc., since January 2022. Previously, William held the position of President at Triangle Geriatrics & Palliative Medicine from August 2010 to January 2022, focusing on geriatric, palliative medicine, and medicolegal consultative services. Prior to this, William was an Associate Professor at Duke University Medical Center, where responsibilities included directing the Duke Geriatric Primary Care Clinic from February 2009 to August 2010. Additionally, William contributed as an Assistant Professor at the University of Virginia, providing palliative medicine services from June 2004 to May 2005. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Princeton University and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Virginia School of Medicine.
