Ramy Mantach

Ramy Mantach is an experienced epitaxy engineer currently working at Aledia since October 2019, focusing on µLEDs and display technologies. Prior to this role, Ramy was a doctoral student at CEA - Grenoble and CRHEA CNRS from May 2016 to October 2019, where Ramy conducted research on the growth and characterization of semi-polar GaN on patterned silicon on insulator substrates, employing clean room techniques to reduce dislocation density in layer growth by heteroepitaxy. Ramy holds a Master 2 degree in Optics Physics from Université Nice Sophia Antipolis, with additional training completed in Strasbourg between 2014 and 2015.
