Anna Lyons

Anna Lyons is the Chief Talent Officer at Alegeus. Anna leads the company on everything related to making Alegeus a great place to work – including recruiting and onboarding, compensation and benefits, development and training, organization design and effectiveness, rewards and incentives, and culture and engagement. She is dedicated to cultivating an environment where exceptional people are inspired to innovate, find new and better ways to serve clients, and grow the business together. Previously, Anna worked as the Chief of Staff at Alegeus, serving in a highly strategic and facilitative capacity, playing an active, behind-the-scenes role as trusted counsel for the CEO. Prior to joining Alegeus, Anna worked for over five years as a management consultant assisting numerous public and private sector organizations to identify changes in the operating environment and make necessary adaptive moves to enable future success. She has concentrated experience in strategic planning, change enablement, talent management and organizational design – a skillset focused on driving enterprise performance, accelerating innovation, enhancing the customer experience, and increasing employee productivity. Anna holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in Saint Louis.
