Phil D.

Phil D. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Phil started their career in 1998 as a Data Center Manager at KPMG, where they managed a team and played a pivotal role in installing and ensuring the security of Solaris and Oracle systems. From 2001 to 2012, Phil held various positions at Sonus Networks, ultimately becoming a Senior Director of Support, overseeing a team of managers and engineers providing pre and post-sales support to telecom carrier customers.

In 2013, Phil joined Cybera as the Director of Network Operations and Customer Support, where they managed the operations and support for hosted SaaS, optimized processes and coordinated new product deployment, and ensured optimal network infrastructure performance.

In 2015, Phil moved to SimpliVity Corporation as the Customer Success & Escalation Manager, where they resolved global customer escalations and implemented escalation policies for enterprise support.

In 2015, Phil joined Intralinks as the Head of Global Operations Center & Critical Case Management, responsible for managing critical cases and leading the global operations center.

From 2018 to 2021, Phil served as the Director of Cloud Operations at UKG, overseeing daily operations and a large team supporting a Fin-Tech SaaS Google Cloud platform.

Currently, Phil D. holds the position of VP of Technology Operations at Alegeus, where they direct daily operations, supports the Fin-Tech HIPAA/PCI Compliant SaaS Data Center hosted and Azure Cloud hosted solutions, and analyzes data to improve application and infrastructure performance.

Phil D. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Liberty Christian College from 1985 to 1989. Phil also holds several certifications in various fields, including Hiring and Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace and Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts from LinkedIn, Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scrum.org, CCNA/IINS Security, NSTISSI 4011, CCNA Routing & Switching, and JNCIA - Juniper Certified Network Associate from Cisco, JNCIA-Junos - Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos, VMWare - VCP5-DCV from VMware, CompTIA Security+, and ITIL V3 - Foundations from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
